Structural Engineers Report

A Building Surveyor (also known as a Structural Surveyor) will identify structural issues within a Building Survey (Also known as a Full Structural Survey), however the resolve and costings of such issues comes under the expertise of a Structural Engineer.

In most properties the structural issues will be fairly specific, as such a Structural Engineer will make a visual assessment of the cause and recommended repair of the problem.

The engineer will look at the specific defect mentioned and areas linked to that problem. They won't look all through the property for other structural faults unless instructed to do so when a Full Structural Engineers Survey is recommended.

Recommendations of fix are clear and come with approximate costings.
