Damp & Timber Report

Damp issues are amongst the most commons problems found in properties throughout Britain, as such, many surveyors identify the need for a Damp and Timber Report, this may also be referred to as a BWPDA expert (British Wood Preserving and Damp Proofing Association).

A Damp and Timber Report is a check of the ground floor to test walls for signs of rising damp though please tell us if you want the specialist to check first floor rooms for penetrating damp etc and we will check these for no extra cost.

We will look at all accessible timbers roof and floor timbers for signs of infestation / woodworm.
